Campus Caldeira
The Instituto Caldeira education platform seeks to connect public authorities, large corporations, startups and educational partners through an initiative that puts into practice a collective will to transform the State by training young talents for the New Economy.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms with a capacity of 3 to 12 people, available for use by the Caldeira Community and for occasional rentals.
Estúdio Caldeira
With state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology, our studio was designed to handle events in an online or hybrid format. Equipped with 360 LED screens, six professional cameras and a complete technical team, the space has capacity for up to 40 people.
Espaço Caldeira
The original boilers from 1918 and the industrial architecture are part of the setting of this environment. A space for events and content with capacity for up to 200 people, depending on the format of the event.
Bleachers
As seen on social media, our bleachers receive different content, always with a large audience.
Café Brasco
A cozy, receptive environment with a living room atmosphere. In addition to having spaces for meetings, it is also a place to relax, air-out ideas, chat, and create new connections – all accompanied by a full tasty menu.
